As a value-creating company in the Sumitomo Electric Group, Techno Associe merchandises metalworking products, chemical products and various other materials and mechanical parts which support the industry. Since our establishment in 1946, while building on the sales of fastener products, we have expanded the range of products and areas we handle with our unique proposal capabilities, as well as our global supply chain network, to evolve into an engineering company. We respond to customer requests accurately and create and propose new value in cooperation with suppliers. This approach is expressed with the tagline "Connect, Communicate and Create."

In the Medium-Term Management Vision "Vision 2025," while responding flexibly and promptly to social demands such as sustainability of society and changes in the market environment, we will aim for further growth by steadily seizing business opportunities in growth fields, expanding existing businesses together with affiliates in Japan and overseas, creating new businesses and enhancing resources.

In addition, while positioning "people" as the most important asset for the sustainable growth and development of our businesses, we are working to develop human resources and improve the workplace environment. With the contribution of employees to the company's performance by maximizing their respective capabilities, and by having the company properly reward their contributions, we will link individual growth and motivation to the development of the company.
